Pruna tea is derived from the Prunus Africanus tree that, traditionally, was used to treat many ailments, including stomach upsets. It still holds its medicinal capabilities today. Our Akili Foods pruna tea helps combat, manage, and prevent prostate and urinary-related problems in men, and ovarian related issues in women. Additionally, it aids in the treatment of incontinence in women and men.
Use
Add a tea bag to a hot cup of water and let it steep for a while.
Boil a tea bag or two (depending on the number of cups you’d like) for at least five minutes, then let it steep for five more minutes. Steeping allows the nutrients to leach into the water. Add honey or lemon juice for taste.
